Everything You Need to Know About Microblading Your Eyebrows!
Eyebrow tattooing in Cornwall
It doesn’t matter if you like them arched and feathered or straight and bold, eyebrows are an important facial feature. If you’re not satisfied with the ones you have, then there are so many ways to update them, including tattooing. Now there’s a very natural option that delivers semi-permanent results called Microblading. Unlike the effects of permanent make up, microblading is more like embroidery strokes that look just like real hairs.
Diane Madeley, microblading expert explains the unique service and there’s no surprise why so many women love it. Microblading is perfect for those who want to fully reconstruct, define, cover gaps or fill-in over plucked brows. The professional lash and eyebrow expert also revealed that those who just want to add a slight arch are also great candidates and the results are a natural, undetectable fringe.
The technique differs from tattooing, because during the microblading process Diane uses a special microblading pen to draw on individual strokes one by one. It’s an extremely meticulous process that takes around two hours to complete. Since the results will last for up to three years, before beginning to fade, it’s good to know that Diane pays so much attention to detail.
During the first hour Diane draws the shape in with removable pencil. That’s the longest part and the most important step. During this time, the best customized shape for every client is chosen and agreed with the client, before microblading begins. Diane advises clients to be cautious of places that claim to complete the process in one hour, because it’s not a rushed procedure and it cannot be done in an hour.
Before the microblading begins, a topical numbing cream is applied to the area to minimize discomfort, followed by a liquid anaesthetic. If you’re worried that the process is painful, some clients may feel a slight discomfort but it’s relatively painless.
